I don't know what's going on but I'm ketoing on! lol (Ihaven't lost weight in like a month) My tummy is noticeably flatter today so I know my body is just doing things and I won't get discouraged. I might try eating more and see what that does, going to get back in habit of tracking so I have a visual if it works.. or if it doesn't.
