diet: was good until 8 PM when I did my workout " body pump burn" after that I ate like crazy and was soooo hungry . I know because of lifting.

workout: body pump burn 33 mins and elliptical 10 mins

water: 3 L
steps :~ 11k

sleep: unfortunately I dont get enough sleep, only can sleep for 5 hours only and then wake up for 3 and back to sleep until 7 PM.. this is not good I know

88,7 kg Indtil videre tabt: 7,3 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 20,7 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
