I am starting the Keto diet today. I will be monitoring my weight loss as well as my health. I'll see how this will go since this is a totally different way of eating for me. I have been meal prepping today for the week. I love cooking so this part is not bad.

Welcome to the keto diet. I hope it will work well for you. It is definitely a bit of a departure from how many people often eat. Have you measured yourself? That is often also a good way to track your progress. As well as measuring and weighing your food and recording it all.
