Good Monday Morning...is it really Monday already?????
I did pretty well this weekend. We had a party to go to and all I had was a few chips with a quarter of a subway sandwich...I admit, I had a little ice cream, but that was it. I don't even know why I ate the ice cream, it wasn't that good. It's hard to eat generic napoleon ice cream when you're used to good ol' Blue Bell...for those of you in the north, Blue Bell is only the best ice cream in the world!!! My hubby and I went to the gym and did a great weight workout. A friend of ours just got his PHd in kineseology and he gave me a weight workout to do 3 times a week...he also gave me a core workout that I can do once or twice a week. Let me tell you, it kicks your butt!!! I'm actually thinking of training to become an MMA fighter...I haven't decided for sure yet! I don't know how the whole hitting me in the face thing is going to pan out. LOL!! All I know is, I'm really starting to see a lot of definition in my arms and back...my hubby told me last night that I must be doing something right, b/c he said he could see all the muscles in my back. That felt really good!!

Back to my strict eating this week!! Hope everyone does well this week too!!
