My dad had a heart attack last Sunday and had to have 3 stents placed. He's now back home from the hospital and doing good. The last few days have been very stressful for me hence the reason I haven't been updating. I haven't really been on track with the diet but now its time to get back to work. I had to change my mini goal date to 300 lbs by 7/9/10 because I didn't reach the first one. *sigh* My birthday is today and I think I'm gonna get myself some health insurance and have a thorough health assessment done.

Hey I just saw your post under member diets. So I thought I'd tell you Happy birthday! and I hope your Dad continues to do well. And about the mini goal, it's okay if you miss one, as long as you make another and try harder to meet that one :)

Man... am so sorry for all the stress. Listen...hope Dad continues to improve..and do not sweat the goal reset. This is for life, bud, right?? Sending you a big virtual hug.. hope you aren't beating yourself up somewhere. :/
