I haven't been online for a few days to record food, but I did exercise and eat much better this week. I ate a lot more fruit and veggies than I usually do and I ate more protein for lunch and dinner and cut out a lot of carbs. I felt good during the workouts...like I had more energy.
112,0 kg Indtil videre tabt: 1,8 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 44,0 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Good for you!! Exercising and eating better is the key and it sounds like it's starting to pay off for you.

thanks...a little bit of a rough start, but this week of doing it all right really helped.
