Lost again so nearly back to what I was after phase 1 Trying to fit in the exercise with this new job. Managed a 35 min swim and a 35 min walk and a short bike ride so need to work out at week end too. Strange to have no week end chocolate!! but I am getting used to that. Thanks for all your comments! Lets get smashed this weekend!( without alcohol)
