I was worried that yesterday was going to derail my efforts at weight loss. A family party where the alcohol flows freely and snacks abound. But careful planning proved to help. I only drank water and diet soda till dinner - at dinner the most unhealthy thing I had was the steak. :) and it was soooo yummy. (thanks Jenna!)
