Drinking 4x591 .ml of water. Crazy thing though i had breakfast and my lunch and made some kale soup for the week, was making dinner, then when i was dishing up the families plates, i didn't feel hungry but thought ok I'll just nibble on some raw veggies. That was enough for me, was a long day have to work in the morning so going to bed early.
