P.E.T......Protective Exercise Time! I have been very protective over my J.E.T. Journal Entry Time since January and am proud of my consistant entries. Today, for the first time in four years of exercise realized I am protective of my exercise time. Perhaps the daily weigh in has given me a little push to really protect the hour because I prefer to weigh in after my workout.
I am a mother, wife, daughter, dog owner, employee, neighbor, school volunteer, Girl Scout Co Leader, gym member, reunion committee volunteer, etc. Things always come up that want to take my precious exercise hour away. This morning I was almost ready to give up my hour and all of the sudden ideas came flowing to mind and I became very inventive figuring out how to get my exercise hour in and take care of my 10 year old's needs. LOL, I am tickled as I once was the lazy butt type of personality and I have become an Energy Addict. (day 29 of 94)TOWANDA!!!
