I'm giving myself a pat on the back for learning how to stay calm when all around me is CRAZY. Now, don't get me wrong. My Spiderman senses are on point, however, I have learned how to breathe through the chaos and get things back on track. But, boy oh boy, some days I want a BIG Bowl of anything off my meal plan. :) I'm staying the course and looking forward to reaping new rewards each day. Be Well everyone!
