Gotten back from physio. Only to find out i only have 1/3 usage of my L4 vertebrae and diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my lower back. I must strenghthen my core as well as lose weight around my belly. PLEASE HELP! Im i quite a bit of pain due to this and need to make major change.
