:( I worked really hard this last month, and didn't even lose a whole pound. I'm trying to be positive that I still lost, but ugh, I might as well give up.

Hello mate, Don't be down this happened to me.Two whole bloody weeks of doing the insanity workout video and my scales either went up or just stayed as is. I know it is discouraging but you have to think to yourself ,ok what can I do differently. Try fasting you can fast while sleeping check out YouTube videos loads of people are doing it and it's not as hard as you may think.

If you're exercising regularly, adding muscle makes you think your doing poorly on the scales. Try tweaking something in your diet. Definitely don't give up🤘

Seems that you're not logging your intake, how can you tell if you're on track? You've lost 54 pounds, no reason to give up and every reason to keep going.

Working out is ALWAYS a win! Remember, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn when you do cardio, walk around the grocery store, or hike to the printer at work! Great job! #winning

Log consistently. This will help you be accountable. Figure your daily macros and stick to them. Don't starve yourself, because that just leads to binging. Steady on!

dont give up or give in! I go through spurts like that too. It will come off eventually as long as you stick to a plan and are active. Good luck!!

No, dont give up. Go back through your days and see how you compared to your RDI. Did you get enough fiber? Were you eating veggies? I just went through mine and couldnt believe that I had gone over so much when I felt like I was on track. Also, I stopped eating enough fruits and veggies. I started tweaking and now Im losing again. Good luck to you - Consistency over perfection. Just keep going and you WILL see results!

I followed keto religiously for over a month !!Did not loose a ounce, but I did have my clothes start to feel loose, and then it happened on the scale, hang in there !!!
