The world seems like a terribly bleak place to be. Alone, we seek an end to abysmal solitude, the surplus of me-time. In proximity, the fear of danger is real. Crowds can mean chaos, disaster, entropy. Paranoia or loneliness, those are our choices. Where is the balance? In meditation? Prayer? Exercise? Perhaps we could all use more of each.
