yesterday was disappointing and i know you shouldnt weigh yourself all the time but seeing atleast one pound gone today made me feel alot better. so i decided to record it because i was very discouraged yesterday. ive been tracking everything i eat and exercising more so the one pound did make a difference to my mood.
