Friday's weigh in always comes in lean. Well I just have to watch those weekend cheats more closely. Anyone have any weekend methods to stay on track. I always weigh in heavier on a Monday

I have a proper breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday to set me up for the day. It helps with saying "no thank you" to goodies offered on an unstructured afternoon. If I "behave" during the day, it is ok to be more free with food in the evenings - especially Saturday night which is generally spent with friends and SNACKS. AND... I tend to make up for the weekend in the week. My weekend eating is far from perfect and I am ok with that.

Oh! I also moved my shopping day to a Monday, so on the weekend's there are no delightful sugary things to buy or in the cupboard put in my mouth when I am bored.
