It's common for me to stop losing weight for extended periods. I was once on Atkins for 2 full years, on induction. I lost 100 pounds the first year, but didn't lose a thing for the second year. I had weight loss surgery 3 years ago, and didn't lose near the weight expected. I've only managed to lose weight on Atkins diet. So here I am again. I just can't give up.
