Keeping to the low Carb and no sugar. I am diabetic type 2 and should keep blood sugar below 135 after a meal. For the past month it hasn't been over 110 . The weight loss is an added bonus!!! I am changing my target weight to 165 lbs down from 170 lbs. I have been loosing about a pound or two a week , and have gone from a 35 inch waist to a 31 to 32 inch. Sooo far so good!!!
