Experiencing some major set backs from general stress from the past week. Trying to find ways to center myself again so that I'm less inclined to eat on impulse as a response to stress which is one thing I noticed I sometimes do. Goji berry supplements recently came in. They seemed to help me the last time I was experienceing a slump and helped me detox my system. Hopefully they're as effective again.
