😞 Here I go again. I feel like this is my never ending battle. I am the healthiest fat person. I try to eat whole foods, low-calorie and exercise. If I stray one time I pay for it, for weeks. Whatever! I will be counting my account faithfully. It’s the only thing that works.

Don't give up. I was on this site for 6 years before I finally lost the weight and stopped being obese. Also, so much to be thankful for. We may not be where we want to be, but, things could be a lot worse. Take Care!

Chessire, I hope tracking works for you! I had to find a strong motivation to lose and keep the weight off, until then I yo-yo'ed too.

I really learned a lot about myself tracking food. Some of it will be obvious (buffets) but some were more specific to me (skipping breakfast, relationship issues). I hope you find your triggers. 👍
