For 3rd morning of challenge scale said 229.9 then 229.7. Sounds like I need to change scales or batteries. I didn't have dinner again yesterday due to late lunch. Otherwise I stuck to plan. This morning I ate at 8:15 so should be able to do all three meals but tomorrow is my TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) weigh in. I don't like to eat before weigh in.
