Gained a little from last week. I ate dinner late last night which may have been part of the increase. My work and home life schedules have been different and I can't get in a good eating schedule, let alone, any exercise or walking (I hate walking out in the cold and can't make myself go to the rec center near us to walk the indoor track). I was hoping to be at my goal weight by Dec 24 this year.
57,5 kg Indtil videre tabt: 6,9 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 3,1 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
