Thanks Ireland! Merry Christmas! Melissa - Merry Christmas to you too. Well at least the gallstones have kept me from my usual holiday gain. I haven't had pain in about 2 weeks and am loving the canned soup I've been eating - something I never eat. I may end December with a 3-5 pound loss. Maybe.
