So I gained .2 of a pound I don't know if it's due to the celebrating of my son's birthday or muscle. I worked out every single day last week so I'm pretty sure it was the celebration. I said I was going to be honest with my weigh ins from here on in. The funny thing is my scale put me at 145.4 not too many days ago.
