No secret LOL loads of low carb veg & 120g protein with each meal. Water, water.... not too much fats, using coconut oil / spray n cook only for cooking. No starch or sugar. Been very disciplined since October and it’s working, slow and steady 😅

My husband and I try to get to the gym as often as possible - usually 3 x per week. Was easier during the holiday 😉
