I have been trying to hold myself up the wrong way and yesterday I received a tip that I heard years ago and what a difference it has made! I am standing and sitting taller! "Press your belly button against your spine" (when your belly botton actually touches your spine then you know you have lost way too much weight lol.) Tah Dah, Notice those muscles are the ones that support everything which enable you to hold your shoulders back and hold your head high with ease! TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
