I weighed myself today :( I was not going to write my weight on here today i was going to wait till I lost it then start from there... but how is that helping me... I think I need to see the struggles on my weight chart... because God knows this is not easy for me...I have been over weight since I was very young... it's not that I haven't tried... once 8 years ago I broke into the 100s ...199...I was so happy... that was the first time I saw 100 anything since 8th grade... it was short lived... my mother passed and the weight came back on..I want to see 100 anything again Lord please I need help..
