Happy Wednesday to our FatSecret health seekers! Today, I need to stay away from the candy box. I did buy some vitamins yesterday including the CO Q-10. I’m pretty happy 😊 with my weight right now, but need to try and break 270 lb level here. My knee feels much better, and look to get back to the gym possibly Monday. May meet a friend in Glendale tomorrow. No real complaints here. Hope ALL you are happy 😊 with things, and I love ❤️ seeing the wonderful food displays here on the site.
