Well I did my Fluidity workout for the first time last night. It was difficult but I made it through most of it. I felt really good afterwards. I am a little sore this morning but in a good way.

Today I am getting an IV iron infusion for my anemia. Last time it caused a pretty good weight gain. I am going to stick to my plan and keep my fingers crossed that it doesn't happen this time.
