I didn't eat good yesterday but I didn't cheat either. I was nauseous so I skipped dinner.

My legs and butt have been really sore from my Fluidity workouts. I know I haven't done it but a couple of times but I swear my pants fit better today than they did a week ago. My 12 yr old is working out with me and I saw some definition in her booty this morning that I had not noticed before. Maybe this thing will really do what the infomercial claims!
