Now that I seem to be better with my knee surgery, I can get back to some of the exercises. My meal plans have been better and I seem to be on the right track once again with the body-for-life program. Once I'm able to get my home gym set back up and find a place for all the equipment that friends have given me because they have given up. What a waste of money,I keep telling them you can't do this in a week. One friend gave me a one year old treadmill that he couldn't get to work. I found a loose ground wire and offered to give it back to him but he said he did not need it. I don't understand how anyone can expect to loses 25 or 30 lbs in such a short time. My long term goal is to lose 50 lbs by july 2009. I know I can do this on the bfl program and it is the best program for anyone trying to lose weight and gain muscle. The Hulkster
