Uh oh!
It is getting colder, I usually pack on the LBS at this time of year.
I am really going to try hard, but I am having MAJOR $$ stress, so it makes it hard, since I eat my way thru stress!!

52,5 kg Indtil videre tabt: 5,1 kg. Stadig tilbage: 2,6 kg. Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Hi Heather! Nice to see you on. I have gotten some of nice comments from you, but haven't seen any journal entries. That lb. is hardly anything, so don't stress about it. I do go up this time of year though too so I will also be doing my best to not gain over the holidays. It's so hard to do but also so defeating afterwards! What is stressing you out?
