I ate well yesterday except a late night snack. I ate dinner earlier than usual then stayed up late causing me to want to eat again. I just ate some more of what I had for dinner but it still was like eating another serving. My goal today is to watch my between meal snacking. I am going to try and put a bowl full of pre measured fruit in my fridge to snack on all day.
