I lost 3 lbs in 3 days! I know part of that is from my orginal weigh in was in the afternoon, but I usually weigh in the mornings. You save a pound or two by weighing in the morning, but heey, a loss is a loss! I'm happy!
105,2 kg Indtil videre tabt: 28,6 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 23,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
