Aww that's a bummer. I hope your day gets better and the rest of your week goes smoothly as we transition into May. Maybe you could do something relaxing for yourself like go on a leisurely walk and then drink some herbal tea (or decaffeinated earl grey is sooo good and soothing, especially with a little bit of milk and honey)...read a magazine, take a bubble bath, etc. Pamper yourself and recharge and then hopefully you'll feel better ☺️ 🍵
