Whoops...went overboard yesterday. But I had so much fun out and about and not caring about food. Had Starbucks with my girlfriend, gorged on sushi for dinner and then made smores with my husband and kids around the fire last night. Didn't have such a good week with food or exercise and I need renewed focus. On my behalf though, we've been so busy and stressed that I think this week was necessary. It's time to pick it up a little with the exercise tomorrow. I didn't say today because it's mothers day...and in tradition I spend the day gaming in front of the tv. I've earned it. I did vow not to eat badly today though.
