The weather has been very warm the last few days and I've felt lethargic. Not sleeping well due to allergies I think - have to remember to take an Aerius in this weather! I weigh in most days - morning and then before bed - it helps me understand what affects my weight e.g. sodium intake and not just calories overall. I am my own 'little' science experiment!
