I wasn't very well behaved over the long weekend and have gone up 3 lbs. Time to get serious again and make my boyfriend understand that he and I can't eat the same. He needs to bulk up, I need to slim down. So french toast and hashbrowns are a no-no for me. Plus my stomach feels AWEFUL after eating too much heavy, greasy food. I've trained my body to run off much lighter food.

I can relate with you regarding the greasy food. Since I haven't had much recently when I do my stomach feels awful as well. Stay focused and you will be right back on track!
