Okay... that Taco Salad had Rice at the bottom of it and I couldn't stop eating it after I had already eaten one bite... just like Lays Potatoe chips... ya can't have just ONE> So, one day of cheating isn't all that bad... at least the scale didn't go UP this time.
Zumba in about half an hour then Finish Painting the Kitchen trim work.

That is what happens to me anytime I eat white carbs!! As Laurie says, the Zumba will take care of that in short order. Have fun painting the trim. THAT is a job I really don't like much!

Painting the walls Grey with a Darker/Charcoal Trim. The darker trim hides the dirt and lowers the volume of the UGLY Lanolium white and grey 'marbled' floor... it doesn't scream any more... "Hey!" "Look at ME!", "Im Dirty!"
