I really thought I would reach my goal of 157lbs today but I didn’t 8lbs away but I feel good because although the scale didn’t say what I wanted I can still see the changes in my body so I feel good about that and my clothes fit much better so I’m going to keep going until I get the results I want... good job Tama.
