Day 2: Success. Drank 4 glasses of water yesterday, excerized and stuck to low carb. Crazy time to choose to get back on track--will be traveling to Cape Cod, Boston and Mpls for the holidays-then back to NY for New Year's Eve. I'll keep up with the water and continue to work on making good food choices but will not have access to my eliptical trainer while on the road. Oh yes--my weight went up this week--must be all that muscle I put on from my one day of working out :)
