Baby steps, one day at a time, look for short term goals that are easy to reach like this week I’m going to lose 2lb rather than thinking, dam I need to lose 45lbs ! cause that looks like a vast amount, that’s what works for me, yes everybody is different and you will find what works for you, good luck with your journey, I don’t know you but what I do know is anyone who has survived two divorces is stronger than they think x
