Had a cheat day yesterday so I'm up .6 lbs not bad I'll take it. Time for me to up the ante tweeking my diet by keeping Carbs at 20 per day and calories at 1500, can't go over, and taking my workout to a higher intensity. Challenge starting in 7 days so time to turn up!
