This week my calories are over 1900 already so not sure if I'll end up under 1900 as planned. I'm not gonna sweat it too much. Stress is a factor. Last week ended with 1895 daily average so naturally I am just maintaining. Not too phased for now.
Can't seem to keep my calories below 1400 on week days, which is always my aim, but every week is a new week to try again. Consistency over perfection is the key. I did manage 2 x 45min YouTube workouts and hopefully will do another over the weekend. Last week ended with 150 mins total exercise. This week I think I only did two days of IF as well and the morning lemon water didn't happen as much either.
Maybe I'll do better in August to lose that last 3 kilograms. Other things are taking priority for now and I'll just be happy if I keep up with exercise and don't gain.
