Yesterday was interesting. Me, my sister and Jules (niece) went shopping and we ran into the girl that cuts my sister's hair. Then we got into how much weight we have lost since being on here. Jada's lost 30lbs and I've lost 20lbs. Well we were overheard in the store and when we left two older ladies, who had been listening asked us how we had done it. Then we proceeded to explain about the calorie counting and exercise and they seemed to find it useful. So that was fun. Spreading the word of Fatsecret.com to the world!!! lol.
Oh and as for the shopping. When I started losing weight in September I was wearing size 12 jeans and I've know for awhile I could fit into 10's but yesterday I decided to some 8's and why not some 6's, right? Just to check. The 8's fit perfectly and the 6's were really to tight to wear but I got them up, zipped and buttoned! 4 sizes in 2 1/2 months. That is just unbelievable. My smallest jeans from high school were 9's even though I weighted less back then.
Oh well, I'm leaving my sister's today and I have to find all my stuff that has scattered itself all over her house and the may take awhile. Tata for now.
