Slowly but surely getting there.

I did BodyPump twice last week and already twice this week with another class planned in the morning. Between BP and my squat challenge last month, I am really beginning to notice a difference.
73,9 kg Indtil videre tabt: 13,6 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 8,2 kg.    Kost fulgt: 100%.
