Today I made it to my wedding day weight! WhooHoo Only 20 more to go.
My next goal is the 150s. When I get there I am going to start back to Body Pump. I should have started before now but I knew from past experience that I would not lose as much during the first month of Body Pump. I didn't want to get discouraged too early in my weight loss. Even though I am shrinking in size, I really need to do some major toning. Then once I get to my goal, I am planning on a tummy tuck. No amount of toning will ever get rid of that.
