Now thats the way I like it... So if I may ask my best buddy if you had one tip for someone starting on losing what would that be? What has made it easier for you to make it happen?
Having faith in your individual process to reach your goals is a must so what keeps my buddy humming like a hungry bee to live the life she desires?
Come on buddy... I will be doing this to all my buddies sooner or later but your the first LOL.
