Haven't posted for a wee while, but have been keeping on track! The MR bought home 2 icecreams the other night, and even though it was my favourite flavour I told him I didn't want it! Yay me! (ok, I did have one small bite, but then told him that was enough)
Have been doing well drinking water and not coke zero, although the past couple of days I have had coke, only because I knew I might slip over the weekend and drink bourbons. (which I haven't, yay!)
So weight loss has seemed sooo slow, but I haven't been eating perfectly. Had a few low fat yoghurts that I snacked on, and yesterday had 2 slices of bread with peanut butter on because there was nothing to nibble on. But I actually feel like things might have clicked into place now. I'm still not tracking closely what I eat and I know I should! That way I can see where I should be cutting back.
Exercise has been good, though the past 2 evenings I haven't gone for a walk. Will get back into it tonight. Aiming for atleast 5 days a week is good anyway.
