Thanks, it took a long time to figure out how to start taking off the weight I put on. I'm determined not to put it back on. I'll admit I'm not as strict with my diet as I was, but I'm going to try to loose a few more to get to my goal. It might not be a reality at my age but I think I'll give it a try.
